Slightly tweaked orbit skew speed so that tap shooting maintains the circular orbit more consistently
Added explicit support for multiple Ludovico Technique, Epic Fetus, Black Lotus, Monstro's Lung, Brimstone, Mom's Knife, The Wiz, Dead Eye, Dr. Fetus, Technology, Tech X, Tech.5, Blood Clot, Chemical Peel, Black Candle, Cursed Eye, Curse of the Tower, Ghost Pepper, and Large Zit collectibles from Diplopia duplication
Fixed a memory leak where the orbital rings from Montro's Lung would not be disposed
Made enemies change colour when taking grudge damage based on the colour of the grudge flame
Changed Brimstone to be a mix of the previous rotation behaviour and the recent technology behaviour
Changed Technology 2 lasers to be the same damage on Mei as other characters (20% of player damage)
Removed the minimum orbit radius of 32 (affects Multiple Ludovico Techniques, Tractor Beam)

Drastically nerfed grudge damage dealt, damage gained, and tick rate to bring Mei closer to Isaac's power level
Increased maximum grudge level per enemy from 10 to 15
Reworked grudge damage to tick based on the grudges own timer instead of the target entity's frame count
Fixed the recent Analog Stick fix working even without Analog Stick
Buffed Crow Heart's grudge tick rate bonus from 25% to 50%
Fixed Anti-Gravity which was broken by the previous update

Reworked Technology 2 to synergize with Brimstone
Reworked Brimstone to synergize with extra tears and act more like Technology
Corrected the behaviour of orbital spawned synergies not firing immediately upon attempting to fire when Fire Delay was ready
Reduced the length of time Maw of the Void rings persist
Changed the behaviour of Marked so that firing synergies (except Dr Fetus) happen automatically
Fixed a potential nil error when changing rooms shortly after hitting an enemy with a tear

Reduced the amount of particles that spawn while charging Maw of the Void
Reworked Proptosis, Polyphemus, and Lump of Coal to not rely on Ludovico to work
Reimplemented penetration by removing Ludovico and relinquishing control of penetrative tears that deal damage to enemy
Fixed the Multidimensional Baby synergy by relinquishing control of tears that get rifted
Fixed a potential C stack overflow with Sacrificial Dagger's Instakill
Changed extra tears to spawn all at once instead of one at a time (20/20, Inner Eye, Mutant Spider)
Changed magnetic tears to only attract when they are coporeal
Changed the tear rotation logic to manage tears that still need to be updated when no longer handled by Mei
