Updated the heightmap to make it more fluid in the elevation transitions so it now looks less blocky. It appears some industries can no longer spawn though so let me know where there are industry issues and I will look at those.

Added more lore specific industries, also messed with this heightmap a tiny bit so you can get a harbor closer to King's Landing.

Just changed the preview pic. Europe settings provide a better land representation.
