- Fixed wormhole icons' position getting messed up while moving the map with WASD keys.

Hotfix
- Wormhole icons should no longer appear while in caves.

Major update.
- Wormholes are now saved/loaded per world (special thanks to Blueberrys)
- Wormhole icons are now rendered on their own layer (special thanks to Nc5xb3 for the positioning logic)
