This is the final version of this prison, now i'll keep saving and go for 200o prisoners, stay ready for "Nevermore Penal City" prison, coming soon!

4 death row inmates almost at frying point,
all guards are trained with tazer
Sector 1 kitchen overheating problem is solved with new windows
Also added valves on all blocks to better control of hot water.
