CHANGES:
-- Tiny fixes to Kyuubi/Tenseigan modes.
-- Fixed little detail where powers that gave you Waterwalking made your shoes glow. Only the original Waterwalking Jutsu does that now.
-- Fixed a problem where Chidori and Chidori Eisou and would disintegrate enemies even without the proper perk, now it requires it. Chidori Nagashi cannot disintegrate at all.
