--Fixed Elemental Smithy to include Element and Element shard crafts Engrams learnable at level 95 for 10 points each.

V 1.07w(hotfix)
-- lowered torp recovery on elemental wyverns
-- added charcoal as a byproduct of smelting in fire anky
-- Can Smelt Hide and Oil into Gasoline in Fire anky now. Ratio: 1 oil 1 hide = 5 gasoline
-- Made all smithy type dinos require a saddle to use their crafting functionality like beavers.
-- New structure Elemental Smithy, crafted in inventory learned at same level and cost as vanilla. Crafts all mod items.
-- All mod items moved from vanilla crafting stations to Elemental Smithy.
-- Updated smithy type crafting dinos to account for new structure,as well as updated mod items in poison anky.
-- Tamed Wyverns may need to be killed and retamed as i messed with their status component and it might bug them out.

--Added Elemental Wyverns, Scaled Down Better Turn Rate and Give Live Birth no nests. Also Respect ini configs. Knock out tame with spino foods.
--Added Elemental Wyvern Saddle and updated Wyverns to have a saddle slot, Crafted at level 48 in Fabricator
--Changed Griffin Saddle Armor to level 48 Crafted in Fabricator.
--Added Easy Mode Dragon Boss Potion Crafted in Chem Bench at level 100.

--INVISIBLE GRIFFIN SADDLES!
--Fixed Compy Capsules again
--Fixed Smelting Inventories to smelt Faster
--Added all saddles to Smithy and Poison Anky
--Fixed Compy's Stats a bit too for speed as well as hopefully made it jump higher.
