Compiled against most recent version of the devkit
Updated Elemental Compies they should be less wonky now and spawn on death from Elemental Rexes

----Indominus Rex Given RockDrake Cloak or Cloak Similar to Ark Eternal Indoms
----Elemental Dart and Arrow Added INI configurable Torpor Crafted at level 36 and 10 respectively in the Elemental Bench
----AB and SE craftables added to Elemental Bench
----Fire anky now harvests SE and AB resources extra from Trees and Bushes.

New INI Configs
