Fixed missing sound on AK-47

Updated animations for the M16A4.
Buffed the Model 1887's damage.
Updated sounds for all custom weapons to include 3rd person sounds.
Mod now supports all official maps. (Treyarch made maps)

Added the M16A4.
Made it impossible to get the exact same weapon twice in a row. Still possible to get the upgraded or un-upgraded version.
