Added ability to return to Japhet's Folly after completing Rise in the East. Fast travel or use the trapdoor on the ship at Windhelm docks. To return to Skyrim, find the ship North of the island, climb the ladder and open the door.

Bthalft is now correctly marked as a Dwemer Ruin. A couple of other minor tweaks.

Added the Dwemer Ruins of Solstheim. Portal to Sovngarde now deactivates on returning to Skuldafn if main quest has been completed; this is to prevent you getting stuck in Sovngarde.
