Sharpshooter now obsoletes at Combined Arms properly. (CBO UU apparently obsoletes much later than regular units)

UA's Combat promotions are a lot more powerful.
Antebellum Manor now has a +1 faith bonus from nearby plantations.
Banking will grant all Antebellum Manor +1 Gold.
Railroad and Architecture will grant all Antebellum Manor +1 Food.
Industrialization will grant all Antebellum Manor +1 Production.
Sharpshooter's Combat Strength increased from 32 to 35.
Sharpshooter now has +25% Combat Strength due to nearby adjacent military units.

Non-save game compatible.
