both a huge and a little change at the same time , here.

completely revamping the base of FR, bit by bit.


The seven vanilla races have been completely rebalanced. Some effects are the same or similar, but most are drastically reduced or completely different!


Custom races all function as before, and will be getting the same treatment as the vanilla races as I go.

* trying a fix on the Munari fist exploit. Untested, but now that they are updated I can formally check that out.



* added support for Mantizi. No one will surpass them with a shield and shortspear/shortsword!

30% Weakness: Fire,
20% Weakness: Ice
20% Poison, Physical and Electric Resistance
Gain additional energy and protection on jungles, deserts and sulphuric worlds
When wielding a Sword or Shortspear with a Shield, your attacks gain +20% damage and grant +20% protection as well.
+30% Knockback Resistance
+20% protection when wielding Sword/Shortsword and Shield
Perfect Blocks restore health and restore 20% shield stamina

minor fix to math with Novakid pistol special. It should no longer be *more* effective in darkness.

Overall firing speed is less total. Current formula is:


Light Level (out of 100, 0 being darkness and 100 being totally bright) / 200


So if the light level is 100, you will gain 50% reduction in firing speed maximum. The main change you will notice here is that as long as the sun is up, your firing speed will change regardless of the amount of light you are exposed to. This means during the day a bright light source will help you maintain your firing speed.
