Bug Fixes
- Added the missing LATCH EXIT path for the Cardassian shipyards
- Hid the Romulan Spy research as the UI elements for it need to be recreated for HWRM
- Fixed a bug in the Typhon script

- Re-implemented unit caps as fleet sizes (including a "no fighters" unit cap)
- Re-implemented the 60 second warp cooldown to help Multiplayer balance (no UI prompt sorry)

Speacial Mention
The USS Typhon we had in the mod before was modelled by Brandonator off renders of the Typhon by Armagosa, who sadly passed away earlier this year. The Star Trek: Armada 3 team (now Star Trek: Infinities) graciously lent his original Typhon and Valkyrie Mk1 and 2 fighters for use in Star Trek: Continuum.
