Okay, holy crap. I finally tracked down what was breaking the mod over and over. It wasn't anything to do with the mod itself. Taking a character from a mod with one name, to a mod with a different name, breaks all the quests. So when I made "Paths_Stable" and "Paths_Test", it broke quests for all the old characters. Any version change I made in the name would also do it.

So, I can't apologize enough. Had no idea I was chasing my tail all that time. From now on, Paths will only be called "Paths", and there will not be multiple versions for testing/stable builds.

There are a few version to choose from now. Should help when I make a change that breaks the mod. I think I'll keep 3 different versions on rotation. Stable just means it functions (i.e. NOT when I broke all quests), while Beta means all my current changes that I'm pretty sure work (but might not). So if for example I nerf skeletons way too hard and it's unplayable for you, you can hop back a version and play on that until I fix it ;)

-Potion cooldown reduced from 30s>26s

Berserker
-Frenzy: Cleaned up "heal" that wasn't doing anything, shortened duration by 15 seconds and added +33% offensive ability.
-Adjusted Aggressive stance slightly.
-Lowered movespeed across passives, was adding up. Instead, added higher bonuses to the skills that do have it.

Lich
(Most changes here are targeted at melee-lich)
-Black Hand and it's modifying skills changed.
-Circle of Death buffed.
-Aura of decay melee dodge removed, replaced with even more retaliation.
-Buff to Necromancer's Aura.
-Rites of Lichdom massively buffed.
-Rot Skin buffed.
-Wraith summon fixed, their attack skill was broken.
-Template change to Unholy Blast, should work better. Also the chain modifier improved.
-All Skeletons HP Buffed. Fighters have higher physical resistances. Mages have higher elemental resistance.
-Both skele summon abilities had their mana cost reduced.

Dokkaebi
-Adjusted Path Level to be weaker early on with less punishment for leveling it up. Before it was -1% physical resist per level, now it's -0.2%/level but starts at -10%.

Khloros
-Path Level natural health bonus reduced. Movespeed penalty now goes DOWN as you level, instead of up.

Mind
-Lowered cast speed per Path Level

Tartarus
-Tartarus Bolt now lights enemies on fire, to match description.
-Torment and it's modifier (Agony) have been rebalanced.
