Initial update to make it compatible with version 4.0

Removed the unneeded clone chamber, dyed the floor black.
Replaced the cannons with miniguns.
Added thrusters for better breaking and lateral movement.
Moved the rear lateral thrusters a block back so the turrets barrel was not in the thruster wash.
Major redesign of the interior.

General cleaning up of the ship design, making parts match the rest of the series.

Reconfigured the aft section.
Added an additional rear thruster, this is now the fastest ship in the fleet.
