Changes Notes:

* Mazay re-exported the loop, now got a stable loop that don't crash Wreckfest with current Build. :)
* Fixed ghosting fence on Cops and Robbers arenas and Inner Oval pits.
* Replace the ugly barriers in the Cops and Robbers arenas.
