Huge update!

Moved Shadow/Vorlon into custom Fallen Empires.
Also added First Born, The Hand, and Walkers of Sigma 957
Added many additional portraits to playable empires
Roughed in the Abbai and Balosian empires
Better Flags
and more!

Next up: Better Traits and Ethics!

Several additions this release!

Changed a few naming conventions for fallen empires
Added Custom Load Screens!
Added Lots of Flavor Text
Changed all races to "Wormhole" FTL. (Not a perfect choice, but it's the closest we have to physical jumpgates)
Changed all in-game textual references to wormholes into "Jumpgates" (If you see one I missed, please let me know!)
All Babylon 5 Races should spawn on game start.

quick fixes to remove minor errors. Error.log should be clean now.
also changed directory structure to avoid conflict with Devastator's original mod. This should be a completely transparent process for the end user. It's simply a naming tweak to avoid interfering with the old mod.
