Cleaned up a couple of errors caused to poor spelling

Buffed Curtain of Twilight to have a better combat bonus, but a bigger foreign land penalty. Increased border growth rate.

Gave the shadow beast the medic promotion for free

New icons!

Complete rework of the Curtain of Twilight civilization trait so invasions on Midna aren't quite as painful, and will require effort on the part of Midna. Curtain of Twilight no longer forces enemy units to expend extra movement points in her territory. Rather, Midna's units are given a combat boost in her territory, but are weaker outside of it.

Heavily nerfed the Shadow Beast's combat strength (30 -> 23).

New music!

Fixed the Twilight Realm's civilization flags.
