1.3: HUGE Update
Changed values so normal play is possible

-Added new spell "Unforgiving Force (weak)"
-Located right new to original spell tome in Skyforge
-Force is now set to 40 instead of 999,999
-Shock damage is now set to 35 over 1sec instead of 55 over 3sec
-A mana cost of 45
-Charge time of 0.5
-Chance to disarm weak opponents
