added foregrip texture that compatible with my akms skin

-tweaked .vmt
-fixed vgui icon being highlighted white

-added original world model normals, so it will looks smoother
-fixed gun being very so glossy

-fixed skin being too metallic shiny reflecting environment

added "$selfillum" perimeter in .vmt that i forgot to add, it simply triggers the nightsight to glow
