-XComGame.int changes:
*Fixed wrong tactical text for the Magnetic version of the SVD.
*Removed Dragunov where it wasn't needed.

Release ver: 1.1
-Added a custom class version of the SVD. No scope on by default. Uses the PSO-1 for the Aim Bonus upgrade instead of the 1PN34 Nightvision scope.
-Fixed a bunch of mistakes in the XComGame.int.
*Finished incomplete description
*More unique names
*Custom class version is called the Marksman Rifle (SVD-63)
-New Icon for the SVD Custom Class version. (Yellow and without a scope.)
-Fixed a bunch of spelling errors in the .inis.
*Custom classes now have a -1 mobility penalty when using the rifle. Other than that, it's the same as the sniper.
*Comments referenced the AK47 and Assault Rifle by mistake
*There is now a engineer score that you have to reach to upgrade the SVD (both sniper and custom class).
-Attempted to fix the black weapon bug that some people were having.
