Emergency Bugcatch Fix, Round III:

1. Nerfed the "unstoppable" Wraith so hopefully it is no longer so invincible (WIP).
2. Updated the AI Ship Class Budget properly for the Light Carrier/Strike Cruiser switch.
3. Reduced the tech weights of ship class techs and certain ship class upgrades so they will hopefully appear more often for the player.

Emergency Bugcatch Fix, Round II:

1. Updated Sentient Computers to "Sapient."
2. Fixed Ether Drake having far too much hull regenaration.
3. Removed some unneeded coding from the Guardian Event file that caused errors.

EMERGENCY BUGFIX:

Fix the "bad coincidence" glitch that caused all fleet ships to fully repair once an enemy ship was destroyed.

Emergency Bugcatch Fix:

1. Fixed bug where Destroyers required level 3 spaceports to be built despite being unlocked at level 2.
2. Fixed a bug with giving all players the Playable Guardian flag in multiplayer if the host has the Leviathans DLC.
3. Removed support coding that wasn't necessary and was causing errors.

Readded the component template file that held the Boarder Beacons and Level 5 Thrusters. No idea where it went, but it's back now.

By popular demand, NSC has been "hotfix" adapted to work with Patch 1.8, although it is not compatible or 100% functional with said patch. NSC 7.0 will cover that shortly.

Reverted back to 1.6.2 since people are using the betas in the comments.
