- Can once again select the Strong/Weak traits with Valiant/Craven
- Fixed being able to select both Valiant and Craven
- Should no longer (not sure if you could in the first place, actually) be able to stack the Empire modifiers of traits by using genetic tech to modify species
- Fixed error_log dump for the custom event caused by is_trigged_only

Valiant, Craven and the Incompetent traits may not work properly if you started a game before May 13, since I'm dumb and changed the variable names.

- Fixed spelling error on some skills (thanks 3tamatulg)
- Changed Deliberators from +2 Influence +1 Influence, and Cost from 1 to 2 (testing this out for balance)
- Changed Virtualists cost from -1 to -2 (testing this out for balance)
- Changed description of Valiant
