Updated for Utopia.

  • All vanilla traits have been set to Paradox's values
  • Removed Resourceful (complicated and hard to see if it was actually working)
  • Fixed Deliberators and Virtualists influence traits
  • Added all of the new Utopia traits as well as a few missing traits

  • Added partial French translation by Jaguar_Flemmard
  • Readded Transient and Individualistic traits for compatability, but you will not be able to take them as a new trait anymore.
  • Removed the slavery requirement for Resourceful
  • Resourceful output reduced from 10% to 5%

Patch changes:

  • Added new trait Fleeting (replaces Transient)
  • Added new trait Deviants (replaces Individualistic)
  • Reduced Venerable leader age from 120 to 90
  • Weak now has -5% minerals
  • Very strong cost reduced from 4 to 3
  • Nonadaptive cost reduced from -1 to -2
My changes:
  • Removed Transient (replaced by Fleeting)
  • Removed Individualistic (replaced by Deviants)
  • Reduced cost of Venerable from 5 to 4
  • Politically Adept: removed Max Embassies (no longer used) and replaced with Diplomacy Influence Cost and Trust Growth
