Very Slow Breeders : Population growth : -45% : from -25%

Presentient trait : Natural Intellectuals differs from the vanilla game by giving +20% of society research instead of +10%. Natural Inventors and Natural Savants have the same bonuses than Natural Intellectual, but gives respectively +20% Engineering and +20% Physics. Natural Intellectuals physics and engineering output have been reduced to +5%. Same for Natural Inventors and Natural Savants with their respective secondaries sciences.

Descriptions

The format used for descriptions of effects for the "empire cultural traits" have changed to look like "normal" effects. No more "this trait adds +10% damage to the fleet" but "Fleet Damage : +10%", for example.
Because of that, localisations in Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese/Brazilian and Russian are not updated. Along with the description of the new traits coming with this update. And a few traits which weren't translated in every language yet. So ... if some people talk Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese and/or Russian and wants to help, that would be super helpful. :)

Growth modifier was inverted by 1.6 update and we didn't catch it before today. Traits like Fertile, Rapid Breeder, Melancholic works as intended now.
