Created mod from scratch again using the latest blueprints, hopefully stackable (from what I remember, stacks usually don't work well when you're modifying the PrimalGameData blueprint.
And single player may have been broken in the last version (hopefully works now)

Updated base mod blueprint. Increased max level to 250 from 200 (3,620,000 xp).
