  • you now only need to have positive prestige to join a federation, not the amount of prestige that the leader has anymore (requested by some people)
  • federal countries are not able to found other countries anymore (apart from other federal countries)


( if you have an idea, if / how it is possible, to do that [second change] by not changing the found-nation-decision, I would be happy if you could let me know in the comments or the Suggestions discussion )

    1. on start you get:
      • diplomatic reputation +2
      • spy offence +30%
    2. national ideas:
      • land and naval maintenance -20%
      • free leader +2
      • naval forcelimit +20%
      • global unrest -1.5
      • accepted culture threshold -10%
      • core creation cost -30%
      • years of nationalism -5
      • global country and province trade power +15%
      • max manpower +20%
      • manpower recovery speed +25%
      • yearly corruption -0.05
      • spy defence +50%
    3. bonus for completing all national ideas:
      • land forcelimit +50%
  • added a new casus belli for North- and Southamerican Federation against each other

    • have at least one rival, which is also the rival of the leader

Added federational countries

If you enact the eigth reform your country will now change to the specific federal nation (European Federation, African Federation, ...), which have the national ideas federal ideas .

The ideas are show in some screenshots.
