  • fixed a bug that caused the federal authority to become negative

  • reworked/fixed election event for human electors (only one event needed now)

  • the decisions to enact the 1st til the 7th reform will now display the actual modifiers gained by the reform (those are gained at the start of the next month though)

  • fixed a few spelling mistakes in some tooltips

  • fixed a bug that prevented the federation leader to inherit its vassals after enacting the last reform (works only if the 8th reform isn't enacted yet)

  • if a country wants to join the African / Asian / European Federation and this federation has at least 5 members there will be a survey between all current members
    • if the majority or at least half of the members allow the country to join, it will join the federation
    • otherwise the country won't join the federation and won't be able to try to join the same federation again within the next 5 years

  • the tooltip, which displays all members of a specific federation, now also shows the current amount of federal authority and number of already enacted reforms of that federation
  • added some graphical stuff with tooltips about each federation and reform in the "Diplomacy" tab

  • added decisions for leaders to kick members from federations

  • after a little bit of time provinces will get specific modifiers, if the owner is a member of a federation, which will be visible in the trade map mode
    • this way federations will be visible when using the trade map mode

      (There is no way of adding new map modes, so that's the only way to display the federations on the map. The decisions to show the members of federation still exists though.)

  • fixed a few tooltips to look better
  • added spanish localisation (english language)
  • changed the country modifiers for beeing a federation leader and former federation leader:
    1. Federation Leader:
      • diplomatic reputation +1
      • global tax modifier +25%
      • land army maintenance -5%
    2. Former Federation Leader:
      • diplomatic reputation +0.5
      • monthly tax income +2 ducats

  • changed the max amount of members for federations:
    • til 1500: max 10 members
    • after 1500: max 20 members
