Quick fix of Tiers of DCDB

DCDB Ban & Tier Update: 12 August 2019

Added Rebirth Cards, except for Scenario cards. No Punch outs either at the moment.
Updated Script to include New Cards
Updated Script to include some Fan Cards
Fixed a typo for Ken Masters
Disabled DCDB games menu, goes straight into DCDB quick setup instead.
Extended the Discard Zone for grabbing cards with Scripting Key 3
Moves the Cryptozoic skull more to the right, to help those with 720p screens.

DCDB Cube and Crisis Cube Changes

C4 Brother Blood was removed, as it was a reward for a TTS tournament held a few days ago.

Boss Script change for DCDB Cube and Crisis Cube

DCDB Cube decided to change the formula on how the Boss stack is formed. It was applied using what Robert Green provided, and modified to fit on this mod.

Updated DCDB to the May 13th changes
-does not include the new Boss Sorting script as of yet
