Added Balaclava, Kevlar helmet with balaclava and headset with balaclava.

Also fixed a problem with the female long wavy hair style.

Added a new Ballistic Goggles hat option! It's the same as the upper face option but worn on the forehead.

BUG FIXES
Clear Ballistic Goggles: Fixed material not loading.
Dress Beret: Now stays fully bright when using patterns.
