- Added increased ROF of shotgun

- Changed pick up ammo amount from 1.5x to 5x
- Changed maximum ammo amount that weapons hold from 1.5x to 5x
- Removed 1.25x speed increase for Pistol's rate of fire and made it semi-auto instead.
