- Pictures inside Intel dialog's now have transparent backgrounds.
- Bullet casings Diary config has been changed to allow multiple mods be listed. (If you are subscribed to ETS - Enemy Tagging System, the custom settings will appear in the same location).

-Simulation of casings is now tied to Server/Host settings. (Which will override client).
-Fixed vehicles behaving strangely with lots of casings around.
-Optimized scripts. (Hopefully fixed some dedicated server issues).
-Expanded tooltips in settings menu to better explain things.
