Trying a different tac for finding the current steward when the mod starts in an effort to reduce the number of subscribers getting the [...] issue and not getting the house purchase dialogue with the steward. Also hopefully increased the chances of getting tailoring items including more with the in-house merchant and all avilable for puchases in Radiant Raiment. There were some other little cosmentic tweaks involving the display cases and have updated/fixed the Hircene shirne option and the issue with some alchemy ingredients not being discoverable by eating them and have hopefully fixed the issue with Siderion's Elixer brewing but not fermenting. Haven't play-tested any of these updates yet though so...

The following property improvement packages allow you to add more features and functionality to your house as you are able to afford them. Of course, if you don't have the patience to roleplay earning the coin to purchase this property or its improvements, you can always use the console command "player.additem 00000000f 58000" and instantly have all the money required to buy it all at once.

This package provides a family-size dining table situated in front of a large fireplace with an assortment of storage options and a teleport map. The large dining table is also equipped with triggers that assist you in setting the table with crockery and food.

Kitchen (2,000 gold)
The kitchen will be in the downstairs back room. This will include a Hearthfire DLC oven, a breakfast table with two chairs, a marble preparation table with storage cupboards and an assortment of shelves, barrels and sacks.
