Version 2: Rise of the Iron Horde

(Hopefully) Fixed issue with map not being correctly downloaded. Map must be moved from mod folder into the Civ 5/Maps folder to show up in the game.

+Kul'Tiras (City State) has been added. Ally with or conquer this Alliance kingdom of the seas!

+The Iron Horde has arrived! Emerging from the Dark Portal, Warchief Grommash Hellscream intends to conquer Azeroth for the orcs of an alternate Draenor.

Attempted fix for map not appearing bug.
