Hats should now work on all dinos like argents ect. Updated required materials. & Moved all skins to "Misc" Folder in-game

Finally The Icons are not Black! Any more updates will be adding in more hats!

Hopefully Fixed Crashes? I'm sorry this was my first mod i had to clean it also looks like the icons are still black. & Some weird sorcery has happend the Dino SantaHat engram has duplicated.

Changed Engram icons / Cleaned up mod / Can now prepare to add more :)
