V5.113:
* "Program Rarity Rebalance" generation option changed to "Program Availability Adjustment". Choices are:
- DISABLED: No changes. Modded programs rarity updated to vanilla standards (no starting PWR generators in shops, breaker programs more common in Server Farms).
- NORMAL: same as "enabled" previously.
- EQUALIZED: Any server terminal can sell any program. All programs (vanilla + this mod) have equal chance to be sold.

Change is save-compatible, but campaign settings presets need to be updated.
