Fixes
- Fixed settings referring to wrong cvars
- Fixed performance issues
- Fixed LOD math was sometimes not working correctly, making highlights invisible, even if the item was pointing right towards your face.

- Fixed a bug, that caused the ihl system to detect entites, that already have been picked up by players.

- Fixed a bug caused by the toolgun entity (gmod_tool) that either causes other entity highlights to disappear or spawns multiple entity highlights inside the player.

- Fixed distance alpha fadeout for weapon names not working corretly.
- Fixed max range setting not applying the correct range value.
- Fixed weapon visibility check always returning false in multiplayer.

- Ragdolls do not count as "world" anymore and will be ignored by the visibility check.

Fixes
- Added missing ammo entities.
- Fixed weapon tags sometimes beeing invisible, due to the weapon's origin, beeing inside a wall or something.
