General:
  • Fixed Health Bar and Speedometer not showing lower/upper values correctly
  • Fixed Camera getting caught on parented objects (Chairs, Weapons etc.)
  • Added new HUD to Speeders
  • Added "Hide HUD" button. Press H to turn the HUD on/off
  • Increased time between collision damage
  • Added Pilot Assist (Ship will not scrape along the ground, or drive into something. Press R+CTRL to toggle)

B-Wing, Y-Wing:
  • Fixed Altimeter and Compass position

Happy Star Wars Day! To celebrate, I'm releasing one of the biggest updates in a while.
Lots of changes, hopefully all for the better.

General:
  • Health Bar will now go blue when disabled by Ion shot and Red when critically damaged
  • Fixed speedometer going above max when activating lightspeed
  • Fixed Pilot Avatars being visible in First-Person
  • Fixed Throttle setting being saved on exit, and consequently being autoset on entry
  • Code refactoring
  • Added smoke to most vehicles after going below 40% health
  • Improved Handbrake (Hold R + SPACE to come to a sudden stop. The longer you hold it, the faster you'll stop)
  • Added Altimeter
  • Reduce throttle on collision
  • Reduced shake magnitude on Speeders
  • Added boost sound on Speeders
  • Added more options for 3rd-party vehicles
  • Fixed Lock-On torpedos colliding with the shooter
  • Fixed obsurd mass calculations
  • Added mass-based acceleration (Bigger the ship, the slower it accelerates)
  • Slight nerfs
  • Added Wings indicator to relevant vehicles when in First-Person
  • Revamped HUD with new materials (Materials courtesy of Lord Trilobite)
  • Camera will no longer clip through world

AAT, TX-130:
  • Turret movement is now smooth
  • Camera now follows main turret, allowing better aiming

Speeders:
  • Fixed being able to enter seat, but the vehicle wouldn't start
  • Fixed hovering on water
  • Fixed RotorWash effect spawning more than once
  • Fixed speedometer not changing colour when reversing
  • Fixed hover height when not in speeder on uneven terrain

  • Fixed view problems when having multiple versions of the same vehicle spawned
  • Changed position of radar in FPV on some vehicles
  • Ship turns black and continues to fall on explosion for 10 seconds

X-Wing:
  • Added Proton Torpedos (They'll lock-on to whatever target you have weapons lock on, otherwise they'll just go straight)

TIE Fighter:
  • Added 3D Cockpit Lookaround (Hold TAB while in first-person)

AAT, TX-130:

It's a biggy, kind of. Quite a few changes in this update and ones that affect how you fly.

The new radar will always point North (Forward on the Y-axis), and other ships not in the same faction as you will appear on the radar.

Ships have a default faction dependent on the films (TIEs are Empire, X-Wings are Rebels etc.), you can change a ships faction with the Allegiance Tool weapon.

Ships now have a speedometer, press W to increase throttle, and S to decrease your throttle.

General:
  • Added Compass and Radar to HUD
  • New Flight System (Increase/Decrease throttle with W/S)
  • Added Allegiances (Each ship has an allegiance, ships with the same allegiance won't appear on each others radar)
  • Added Allegiance Changer tool

Land Vehicles:
  • New HUD

TIE Advanced:
  • Added new flight sound

Repair Tool:
  • Fixed tool not repairing damaged weapons/critically damaged ships properly
