Made it easy to add custom balls for servers. Added gametype cycling for servers. Added Angelic gametype. Added option to manually enable Bomb in any mode. Made spectators able to teleport to other players. Made killing in Death more funny. Fixed the gamemode name not showing in the server browser.

Fixed errors when players explode.

Made LMB able to break glass and breakables. Made names appear when looking at players. Scaled the HUD to support lower resolutions. Made the chargebar show progress in teleporting a ball with Right Click (indicated by a blue charge). Doubled the charging speed. Made fall damage better.

Made the F1 menu appear on spawn. (Hopefully) fixed the massive explosion crash bug. Removed the explosion sound and shake from player explosions (double sound is wierd). Fixed being able to join back from being dead in Death mode. Increased blast damage and radius. (Hopefully) fixed the balls sometimes not recovering with right click - Please tell me if it still doesn't work!

Fixed explosions being a bunch of red crosses.

Fixed Pixel Bouncy balls being a missing texture. Changed a few internal texture and entity names.

Made the explosions slightly smaller. Balls now correctly remove themselves from their previous owner's 'ball' slot.

Fixed Explosion of balls. Modified the explosion sound. game.AddParticles'd the particles.

Enhanced the explosions. Added a few particles from NeuroTec (If you are the creator and want these removed, give me a shout). Added the ball_explosion_trigger entity.

Added explosion particle effects to the base gamemode. It will no longer use Garry's Bombs 5 for these.
