August update Major changes:

- Slavic factions added.
-- Note: Horse butchers are not done yet.

- AI faction development improved.
-- Expect them to make high level settlements and troops now.

- Agent mechanics altered.
-- Religion grants some sort of agent recruitment pool now.
-- AI is less able to spam agents.

More changes have been made... But I will write those patchnotes up later.

1.6.-2-Redo fixed some recruitment issues, and will be moving on to fix some of the more fiddly/serious ones with the Alans/WH.

Hopefully won't take too long.
