A quick patch to better preserve compatability with dynamic garrisons. No functional changes should have been released in this version.

A bigger set of modifications was something I meant to release today, but I encountered a serious set of missed components, so it will be delayed slightly.

I decided to to an early release to some updated battle mechanics I did, as I continue to toil on dynamic garrisons:

- Some experimental changes have been made to projectiles, that I love.

- Heavy and flaming shot have been made better at firing over targets, but worse at firing at moving targets, and also are slightly less precise.

- Slings have gotten a heavy shot, it allows them to better fire over allies, but costs them precision and rate of fire. Damage is not different, but it may become different if this is given popular request.

- All shot types I tested can still fire at the units maximum range, however, there may be cases I missed, be sure to report any to me.

- Certain cavalry units with excessive bonus versus cavalry have had their bonuses clamped down a bit.

- Impacts have been tuned to cause fewer instant casualties, but cause more unit displacement (Tested with the maximum impact scenario in the game.)

- Medium cavalry has had its physical properties further distinguished from light cavalry, to further improve their ability to screen against light cavalry.
