Flag Commander 2: Vengeance of the Kilrathi!

v 2.00:

- Kilrathi Empire now available and entirely playable, with around 20 new units gifted by the Wing Commander Saga team and ported by our team

- AI, fuel management and hyperspace special effects not working yet for the faction, to be fixed in later updates

- Kitties are nice, except to French-speaking Belgian colonels.

The really huge new thing here is... fuel management. Now, all strike crafts from the Wing Commander factions have a limited range after which they will crawl back to the nearest carrier for refueling. You need to take this into account for all your carrier ops now. Of course, this limitation will change the balance in a huge way, so please leave some comments about what you think should be done. Thanks! :-)

Well... this is it. The AI is now working, and I've added a few things here and there, such as... the named pilots. In your carriers, there is a new building menu after all the others, allowing you to recruit a single elite pilot with a quite powerful version of the existing crafts. And, a small tip for Border Worlds players: try to think outside the box if you want the best fighter of the entire mod. ;-)

Fixed some Border Worlds tech tree and build bugs.

Had the fuel management become an option in the game setup and optimized the ships so the mod takes a few less MB.
