- brighter Kilrathi ships, from the Kamrani to the Hvar'Kann

- much, much more effective missiles, as from now on, anti-fighter missiles can reasonably be expected to kill enemy fighters in one or two hits if they connect, and they WILL connect unless you are doing a lot of dodging maneuvers or, for light fighters, you outrun the missile. They will also be largely more reliable as to intercept enemy cruise missiles... if you angle your shots correctly (a deflection shot is much less likely to hit than a rear or frontal shot, like in real life).

-- FF missile: very agile, short range, low damage, 9 seconds worth of fuel, usually carried by bombers for self-defence purposes

-- ImRec missile: agile, intermediate range, intermediate damage, 15 seconds worth of fuel, usually carried by medium fighters

-- IR missile: minimum agility, long range, high damage, 20 seconds worth of fuel, usually carried by light fighters for sniping

- Ammunition management system.

Highlights of the new feature: bombers have a limited amount of anti-ship torpedoes (in the case of the mission's Thunderbolts, one) which will be indicated in an additional bar when you zoom in on the craft, and as soon as they fired it, they automatically head back to a place where they can land to reload. To make sure the reload takes place correctly, select the option to keep the craft landed, as it might take a few seconds to reload. Launch the crafter after, with a shiny new torpedo. When the torpedo is reloaded, you can attack again.

Each bomber class has a different number of torpedoes, which is indicated in its description. The RTB (Return To Base) system is initially automatic, sending your bombers either to a close carrier if there is one or to a random one. Your mothership can, however, build a special module that will deactivate the automatic RTB if you do not want this part of the ammunition management system. But you will still need to land for more torpedoes! :-)

Thanks to goldfish_boy for reporting that bug which allowed me to achieve that very important milestone.

- Improved fuel system

More reliable fuel management system, including a fuel gauge visible on all fuel-consuming craft.
