Updated the board to have the numbers on the World Stupidity Index be slightly lowered and in the same font the new cards use.

Latest update from Tabletop Simulator introduced a bug where all cards held in hands were visible in for all players. This obviously made the game unplayable. This change to the mod should fix that.

Just one very minor change to the card Androids. They now give +3 DP if they have at least one upgrade or downgrade instead of if they have *exactly* one upgrade or downgrade. This makes them function more like the Killer Clowns and will hopefully make players misread those cards less often.

(Game design lesson: Don't have different cards function *almost* the same but not quite when there's no good reason for the difference as players will assume "Oh this works like this other card I saw" and then be wrong.)

* Some typo fixes.

* The Ruler of Earth-token now gives -2 domination points to the current ruler stopping runaway leader problems and making the game much better for two players.

Lady Lemon nerfed to not having and MECH symbol. (Since, who knew, drawing extra cards is apparently good in a card game?)

Huge update that simplifies a bunch of stuff. New card frame! Gone are the gray frames that made the game look sad and boring. With frames colored depending on the card type I could remove the big icon behind the text box making the text harder to read.

Also worth mentioning is the new explosion markers at the bottom of every empire, research and upgrade/downgrade card. Instead of destruction rolls counting the number of cards that make up the thing rolled for you now count the number of explosion markers on that card (and add any explosions on upgrades on it or from the scheme card) and if you roll this much or lower the thing blows up. This means that destruction rolls for Research cards no longer need any special rules, yay for simple solutions! It also means that henchmen no longer have to say "Subtract 1 from the roll", they just have two explosion markers instead.

What else? Research Centers now take five actions to play and now only destroys a research card you control when they come into play, so less wordy and hopefully less confusion caused by them.

Lots of other changed card texts and minor to major balance work done.

Added "Plotting/Ready" cards to have in front of each player to mark if that player is done reordering their hand and stop card in the "Determine phase order"-step.

Also edited the rules-notes to explain how they work, since this change is only needed on tabletop simulator they are not mentioned in the rule book.
