* Cleaned up the notepad a bit
* Last time I forgot to re-enable table flip (I know, shame on me); Fixed that.
* Updated the title and the description a bit
* Finished writing the German Rules; apologies if there are any mistakes.

* For some reason the mod didn't have the "Card game" tag anymore. Fixed it.

* Changed the notepad text a bit.
* Seperated the colors of the deck so that you can easily take one stack away if you play with 2 players
* Updated the amount of players needed on the workshop page
* Added a few rule variants in "German Rules" discussion. However it's not complete yet.
