Added/Updated various mod support.
'Guelph-Ghibelle Feud' event may now fire more than once, anytime between the Renaissance and the Industrial Eras.
"" rewards/costs now scales with era.
'Machiavelli' event now gives your either 2 Magistrates or Golden Age Points.
Milan's UA will now reduce the cost of taking out Mercenary contracts at the same rate as other purchases.
Ambrosian Republic decision now grants Culture for each Liberty policy that you already own, and costs 2 Magistrates.
Various code-tidying.
Retested everything to ensure working.
Replaced 'Mercenaries' Decision with 'Form the Lombard League' decision which increases the effectiveness of Defensive buildings by 20% for you and your allied CSs.
