Quick fixes for reported issues.

Balance changes:
• Made TOW turret rockets turn slower

Other changes:
• Improved TOW turret firing and aiming
• Fixed TOW turret rockets causing an error and dropping to the floor instead of their intended behaviour
• Attempted to fix reported Module Wrench bug (could not replicate issue)

Changes that everyone was asking for, and more! Thank you for your support :D

Additions:
• Added an options menu where turret durability, power, heat capacity and rate of fire may be adjusted if needed
• Added Turret Core Mk.II (360 degree yaw rotation, but is 10% slower at rotating)
• Added Admin Fan module (increases heat capacity by 10000%), for when you only need to have specific turrets ignore the heat mechanic
• Added two new turrets: Flash Rocket Turret and Sawblade Turret (yes, the sawblade turret does chop zombies in half)

Balance changes:
• Increased the HMG Turret's base heat capacity by 20%

Other changes:
• Projectiles from turrets should no longer be affected by explosions
• Fixed inconsistent icon sizes

Additions:
• Two new turrets: Nock Turret and Rotary Autocannon Turret

Balance changes:
• HMG Turret's damage has been reduced from 25 to 20
• Minigun Turret's damage has been increased from 9 to 11
• Flame Turret's flames' hitboxes have been changed to be larger
• Flame Turret's health has been reduced from 400 to 200

Other changes:
• Flame Turret's flames no longer draw their shadows
• Improved the turret own-vehicle registration (now turrets will also avoid damaging other turrets tied to the same vehicle, and size of check trace is increased a bit)
• Fixed freezing turrets before inserting them into the core making the core unmovable (now automatically unfreezes any inserted turrets, while freezing the core)
• Fixed the Connecting Wrench displaying the durability value with decimals (now displayed as rounded)
• Fixed the Machine Gun Turret's improperly sized hitbox

Just a quick compatibility patch for StyledStrike's Glide, not much more

A few updates to add some relatively important features, and some necessary rebalances too.

Additions:
• Added a Rebinding Wrench that can be used to rebind a core from +attack (default Left-Click) to +attack2 (default Right-Click), +speed (default SHIFT), +walk (default ALT) or +reload (default R)

Balance changes:
• Every seventh shot of a rapid-firing, non-shotgun turret is now twice as accurate
• TOW Turret now can fire four shots before overheating instead of three
• TOW Turret's rocket fuel now only lasts 3.5 seconds instead of 4 seconds
• Fan Module now only increases heat capacity by 15% instead of 20%
