Update notes:
-Added a new organic-hacking subhack, Homeostasis, along with a new sprite for its skill. Allows the user to remove an active bodily effect from their target. Types of effects that are selectable are affected by hacking level (illnesses and dimensional effects selectable at hacking level 3 (30 compute power), contact effects selectable at hacking level 6 (60 compute power). Structural, Field, and Equipment effects always non-selectable.

-Added a new machine-hacking subhack, Sleep Mode, along with a new sprite for its skill. Puts a robotic target to sleep for 1 + hacking level turns (default 2 turns).

-Added two new pieces of Compute-Power providing clothing, the Hash Interfacers and Palladium Technomancer's Garb.

-Removed random bonus to cardiac arrest, sleep mode, and pilot hacking chance.

-Small improvements to sprites for bioluminesce and interface specialist

-Minor skill cost balancing

-Fixed "Compromised" adding 2 MA instead of subtracting it.

-Added sfx to subhacks which were lacking them.

-Tweaked charge cost of cardiac arrest (5% increase per use) and decreased skill point cost.

Added a guaranteed merchant spawn for the organic-hacking and machine-hacking bracelets. An organic-hacking bracelet is now guaranteed to spawn in Ytra Haj's inventory in Ezra and the machine-hacking bracelet in Bep's inventory in Yd Freehold.

The multi-hacking bracelet is still a random drop only. Rebalanced random drop rates for all three bracelets.

Commerce values of the bracelets rebalanced, crafting bits of multi-hacking bracelet changed.

Reordered progression of machine-hacking skill tree slightly (made short-circuit analogous in progression to oxidation from flesh-hacking). Rebalanced the cost of several of the skills and added flavor text to those lacking it. Reduced hacking level bonus of Compromised from +2 to +1.
