added a double damage hunting bow.

<NPCs do not have these bows>
base dmg 14
crit% mult 1.2500
crit dmg 7
draw speed 1.2500

I wanted to unsubscribe to my Double DMG mod. So I added the same Idea to this mod, but called it Nord Hunting Bow.
