v1.3 The Popularity Update

This update is primarily focused on a re-balancing of popularity;

Now you gain more popularity the more attacks you land in a row without being hit
In exchange you lose more popularity when hit back, but this diminished the more you get hit before landing an attack yourself until you stop losing popularity all together.

These changes mean you get way more popularity than normal just from normal gameplay, and your ability to lose all of it from a single string of attacks is now gone completely, but you'll lose a lot more from normal gameplay as a result. My hope is that this encourages a more active usage of popularity specials.

To make up for these changes, Tenna now gains a small speed buff when close to maximum popularity. There's no visual indicator for when it starts, but it should be pretty obvious.

F Special:

Quiz Vortex now travels a greater horizontal distance when it spawns in, so it no longer hits opponents right in front of you. To make up for this, Tenna now has a hitbox during forward special, which if it hits can push opponents into the quiz vortex. This effectively means the move has greater range, but you can be directly parried now in exchange. Also fixed Quiz Vortex walking through walls.

Taunt: TImeout between taunt usage decreased dramatically

Tenna was made lighter again

Costumes have been reworked to not break as often and just look nicer in general

Popularity: Bar now uses a much more vibrant green

U Air: Stronger base knockback, more knockback scaling

B Air: Legs are now a disjoint

F Strong: Larger hitbox, slightly less endlag

D Strong: Slightly less endlag

F Special: Quiz Vortex spawns from higher up, but now ignores projectiles

U Special: Total duration of the move was increased, and there is now an initial boost of upwards speed. In general move now lasts about 1.5 times the length by default.

Tenna locked in so he doesn't talk anymore :(

F Air: Reworked to be more in line with the animation in game; stalls you in the air. If you have popularity some of it will be used up to create a star projectile will offers more range

F Strong: Has higher forward momentum at the cost of being weaker

U Strong: Slightly slower but has more range

F Tilt: Was made considerably weaker so it's not just a better F Strong

D Tilt: Has more range, but is slower and fills less popularity to compensate

Jab: Slower but stronger

Various moves have tweaked values and sound effects

Text sounds are now in generated in game instead of being premade sounds, which will stop overlapping sounds from playing

Dash Attack: Ends sooner, covers less space, and sends at a less exploitable area

Taunt: Each alt now has it's own taunt song; has weak armor; generates popularity faster

N Special: Now only freezes after using the move for a small duration; projectiles are slower and cover less ground

F Special: Star was replaced by a quiz guy, added a UI display and cooldown to the move

D Special: Charging now produces a faster and stronger shadow guy; taunting will cause all shadowguys to move faster; pressing attack while taunting will kill all shadowguys but replenish your popularity meter
