- Added localization for Simplified Chinese.
- Rebalanced the Executioner's Sword.
- Slightly buffed the Searing Spear Tip and it now inflicts the Crush Depth debuff for 2 seconds.

- The Arctic Spear Tip now inflicts Frost Burn for 3 seconds when it hits a foe.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Two Paths' true melee attack to not give soul essence.
- Removed hardcoded tooltips for easier localization.
